Toliver Denies Nancy Wagner's Motion To Dismiss

John Flaherty Writes:
The Honorable Judge Charles H. Toliver IV has rejected the motion to dismiss by State Rep. Nancy Wagner and State Auditor Thomas Wagner in the case against them by tax-payer John Flaherty and tax-payer Robert Reeder.

This is a jaw-jarring decision, more later.
