Caesar Rodney Institute Writes: New Castle County Payroll Information Is Now Available Online!!

Hmmm, county overtime. Come to think of it, when I showed up at the Sweeney Public Safety Building last Tuesday night there was a heavy machine crew at work on the parking lot. Councilman Bill Powers walked over to ask them why they were working at 7PM. It just so happened that John Husbands of Special Services was also attending the Civic League meeting and when we asked him about the overtime, he said that the work was top priority to fix a storm water feature before the next big storm...no one was convinced that this work couldn't have been done during the day. *sigh*
