Pacem In Terris Updates: September 11th Coalition And "An Evolving Legacy: The Story Of The Coastal Zone Act Documentary

The September 11th Coalition for Just and Peaceful Initiatives, which was organized as a result of 9/11, is the peace/anti-war project of Pacem in Terris.
We will be meeting this Monday, January 30th, at 7 pm,
at the Pacem in Terris office 1304 N. Rodney Street, Wilmington. The meeting will be in the 1st floor lounge so no one has to walk up all the stairs.
We encourage anyone who is interested in the peace movement to attend this important meeting where we will be deciding the future work of the September 11th Coalition.

"AN EVOLVING LEGACY: THE STORY OF THE COASTAL ZONE ACT" Wilmington in Transition, a project of Pacem in Terris, will host a public showing of "An Evolving Legacy: the Story of the Coastal Zone Act," a documentary made by Michael Oates and narrated in part by Russ Peterson, on Thursday, February 16, at 7 pm in The Meeting Room at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 1502 W. 13th Street, Wilmington.
Michael Oates, the filmmaker, will introduce the film and make some remarks afterwards and June Peterson, the widow of the late former Governor, will also make some remarks. There is no admission fee, but a freewill offering will be collected after the showing.
